What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM, Saturday 9 AM – 3 PM, and Sunday 11 AM – 5 PM. We’re closed on New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
When can I access my storage unit?
You should be able to access your belongings whenever you want, so once you move in, you can drive through our wide, well-lit driveways to your storage unit on your schedule. Anytime. Day or night.
How do I pay my Northwest Mini Storage bill online?
Visit our website and select Pay Online. Sign in or create an account, then select Pay Now. You can access the tenant portal from your phone, tablet, or computer to make payments, manage your payment methods, and enroll in AutoPay.
How far away from Millikin University are you?
We are only 8 minutes away from campus and our short-term lease options make us a great choice for storing your belongings during the school year.
Do you offer vehicle parking?
We do! You can choose between indoor and outdoor parking for your RV/boat/vehicle.

Do you offer month-to-month leases?
Of course. Our lease terms are as short as one month. Sometimes you just need somewhere temporary to store your belongings and we are proud to offer you the ease of month-to-month leases.
